TDM Rewards – Promotional Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

The TDM Rewards promotion runs from 6 October 2026, in consecutive monthly cycles, unless extended, amended, suspended or withdrawn by TD Markets at its sole discretion.

The promotion is open to eligible South African clients who trade through a TD Markets Gold account. Only Gold accounts are eligible: activity on any other account type does not earn draw entries. The draw entries a client may earn depend on whether they have registered for the promotion, completed account verification and made the qualifying deposit, as set out below.
Clients must complete full account verification in compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) before they can be drawn in any draw or paid any prize.
A client whose verification has been rejected is excluded from all weekly and final draws for the duration of the promotion.
Each monthly cycle is divided into four cycle weeks: days 1 to 7, 8 to 14, 15 to 21, and day 22 to the final day of the calendar month. A trade is allocated to the cycle week in which it was closed.
The qualifying deposit for this promotion is USD 25 or more in cleared deposits. This is separate from, and does not replace, the advertised minimum deposit required to open a Gold account. A client whose first cleared deposit is below USD 25 meets the qualifying deposit from the cycle week in which their cleared deposits, including later top-ups, reach USD 25; until then they do not earn base entries or the Fast Start bonus, but may earn activity entries. Once met, the qualifying deposit is not re-assessed.
Clients earn 1 base draw entry for each cycle week in which they hold a verified Gold account, have met the qualifying deposit, and close at least one eligible trade. Holding a funded account without trading does not earn a base entry.
Clients earn 1 activity draw entry for every 0.25 standard lots closed during a cycle week. A maximum of 5 lots is counted in any cycle week, so activity entries are limited to 20 per cycle week. Partial units do not earn an entry and are not carried forward to the following week.
The total number of draw entries any client may earn in a single cycle week, from all sources combined, is 26.
As part of the promotion, the Fast Start bonus awards 5 additional draw entries to clients who complete verification, make their first deposit and close their first eligible trade within 7 days, provided their cleared deposits reach the qualifying deposit by the end of that cycle week. The Fast Start bonus is awarded once per eligible client for the duration of the promotion.
Clients who earn entries in three separate cycle weeks within a monthly cycle receive 3 additional entries in that month’s final draw. Clients who earn entries in all four cycle weeks receive 8 additional entries in that month’s final draw. These additional entries apply to the final draw only.
A draw is held at the end of each cycle week, awarding tech prizes as follows: 1st Place. Laptop ; 2nd Place. Smart Tablet ; 3rd Place. Headphones. The cash equivalent may be chosen to the value of 1st Place. R5,000, 2nd Place. R2,000 and 3rd Place. R500 to three clients drawn from the entries earned in that cycle week.
A final draw is held at the end of each monthly cycle, awarding cash prizes to the value of R5,000, R2,000 and R1,000 to three clients drawn from all entries earned during that monthly cycle, including any additional entries described above.
Entries earned in a cycle week count towards both that week’s draw and the final draw for the monthly cycle. Entries do not carry over into the following monthly cycle.
A client may win one weekly draw per monthly cycle. Where a client is drawn in more than one weekly draw within the same monthly cycle, the additional result is referred for review and the client’s eligibility for that cycle’s final draw is suspended pending that outcome of the review.
Only genuine, closed trading volume completed during the relevant cycle week may qualify for draw entries. TD Markets may exclude trades that are reversed, cancelled, abusive, artificial or non-compliant, and may exclude trades held open for less than 2 minutes.
All draws are conducted against a population of eligible entries frozen at the time of the draw, and every draw result is recorded. Where a drawn client does not pass verification or a trading conduct review, a replacement is drawn from the same frozen population.
All prize awards are subject to verification and a compliance review before payment. Prizes may be substituted with items or payment of equal or greater value at TD Markets’ discretion.
Clients who were trading with TD Markets before the promotion began and who have not registered for the promotion may earn activity entries on qualifying closed volume, but do not earn a base entry or any other registration-linked benefit until they register for the promotion. Once registered, they may earn base entries where their cleared deposits meet the qualifying deposit. The Fast Start bonus applies to new clients only.

Introducing Partners

Introducing partners participate on a separate basis, and only referred clients trading through a Gold account count. A referred client counts as an Activated Referral when they complete verification, close their first eligible trade within 14 days of their first deposit, and make a first deposit of USD 50 or more.
A referred client who meets the same verification, timing, account and attribution conditions and whose net deposit over the 14 days following their first deposit is USD 100 or more counts as a Qualified Active Referral, whatever the amount of their first deposit. Net deposit means the client’s total deposits less total withdrawals from their first deposit to the 14th day after it, as recorded by TD Markets once that period has ended. A Qualified Active Referral who trades again between 15 and 30 days after their first eligible trade counts as a Retained Qualified Active Referral for the partner who introduced them.
Each referred client may be attributed to one partner only and counts once. Partners earn 1 draw entry for each Activated Referral, counted in the cycle week in which the referred client closed their first eligible trade and limited to 10 entries per cycle week. Partners are drawn for tech prizes as follows: 1st Place. Laptop ; 2nd Place. Smart Tablet ; 3rd Place. Headphones. The cash equivalent may be chosen to the value of 1st Place. R5,000, 2nd Place. R2,000 and 3rd Place. R500 to three clients drawn from the entries earned in that cycle week.
Partners are ranked at the end of each monthly cycle by a monthly score equal to their Qualified Active Referrals in that cycle plus their Retained Qualified Active Referrals from the previous cycle. A partner must have at least 3 Qualified Active Referrals in the cycle to be ranked. Equal scores are separated by the higher number of Retained Qualified Active Referrals, then by the higher lots traded by the partner’s Qualified Active Referrals; any tie that remains is decided by documented review.
Month-end cash prizes to the value of R30,000, R15,000 and R5,000 are awarded for first, second and third place, and each place is payable only where the partner meets the minimum supplied deposit and closed lot requirements published for that place. Each place is awarded to the highest-ranked partner who meets the requirements for that place and has not already been awarded a place. Where a higher-ranked partner does not meet the requirements for a place, that place passes to the next-ranked partner who does. A partner may be awarded one place only in a monthly cycle, and a place for which no ranked partner meets the requirements is not awarded.
The minimum requirements for each month-end place are: first place, supplied deposits of USD 125,000 and 450 closed lots; second place, supplied deposits of USD 56,250 and 225 closed lots; and third place, supplied deposits of USD 18,750 and 75 closed lots. Both requirements must be met for a place to be payable, and are measured on the supplied deposits and closed lots attributable to the partner in that monthly cycle, as recorded by TD Markets.

General

TD Markets may reject, revoke, cancel or remove any draw entry, prize or promotional benefit where abuse, duplicate accounts, bonus arbitrage, hedging manipulation, suspicious trading behaviour or technology abuse is detected.
Where the same person is identified as holding more than one account, entries earned across those accounts may be consolidated, withheld or cancelled at TD Markets’ discretion.
Prizes are awarded to the registered account holder only and are not transferable. Prizes will be processed within 10 business days of a prize being approved.
Personal information collected and processed for the purposes of this promotion is handled in accordance with TD Markets’ privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
CFDs are leveraged products and trading involves risk. The promotion does not remove trading risk and should not be understood as a guarantee of profit or protection against loss.
This promotion does not circumvent the Trading Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions applicable to clients that opt to open an account and trade with TD Markets.
Employees of TD Markets, their immediate families, and any party involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility for this promotion is limited to South African residents.

All promotions are valid only for the promotion period stated above. The promotion does not circumvent the trading terms and conditions accepted by any client who has opted to open an account with TD Markets. Should abuse of trading methodology or technology be detected, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage or the exploitation of abnormal market conditions, TD Markets reserves the right to deny, revoke and/or remove any entry, prize or benefit granted to a client and to follow the remedial protocol permitted within the Trading Terms and Conditions. TD Markets’ decision in respect of all matters relating to this promotion is final.
